QSE Manager Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated QSE Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality for our employees and customers.

Position Summary: You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems. This role ensures compliance with local, national, and international standards and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain QHSE policies and procedures to reach our customer demands.

• Conduct internal and external QHSE audits, ensuring compliance and addressing any findings with corrective actions.

• Provide training and guidance on QHSE matters to all employees.

• Monitor and report on QHSE performance to the leadership team.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on QHSE issues.

• Manage emergency procedures, including fire drills and first aid.

• Ensure the company maintains its QHSE accreditations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).

• Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring thorough reporting and implementation of preventive measures.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in QHSE practices.

• v Responsible to follow up and work with our suppliers, quality and delivery performance.
• Responsible for controlling that we as a certified supplier fulfill our demands accoring to our certifications.

Qualifications :

• Education at bachelor's or master's level in quality assurance, engineering, HSE or similar with proven experience in a QHSE management role (>5 years)
• Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and best practices as ISO and the internal control regulations

• Ability to conduct training sessions and audits.

• Proficiency in QHSE management systems and software.

• Good communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
• Commercial understanding of complex products intended for professional use.
• Proactive, customer focused approach.
